There was constant loud conversations in the presidential suite and lots of foot traffic. The bathroom is tiny. The beds are super small and truly only comfortable for one adult. ..."

"Hotel is old and my room was not updated. Found front door staff to be unhelpful and when I asked to store my luggage they just put it in a conference room that was unlocked. It took 35 minutes to get my car from the valet and the valet charges were ridiculously high for Pittsburgh."
