Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation. 7\. While our home is pet friendly, excessive shedding, mud, damage, etc. may require an additional charge. The pet fee is $59 per stay. 8\. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out.
