We chose the resort for the full kitchen in the unit. Everything was okay… but we were not wowed. We used the fitness room 4 days in a row. It seemed as though the place was under a transition. There was new equipment, but it was not fully setup. We had a hot tub in our room that served as a tub… the jets did not work. So many small things that could have been better. However the area was great and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast attendant was excellent in keeping up with the flow of traffic, and the food was fresh.

So peaceful. Able to explore trails in area. Quiet and friendly condo community. Owners are very helpful. Definitely would come back this time of year.

I stayed at the resort for the Martin Luther King weekend. The building we were assigned to did not have an ice machine, and there was no one at the front desk available to assist us. On top of that, the heating system broke down. When I called the information number, the recording stated that assistance was only available until 10:00 PM. It was a weekend with constant snowfall, and neither of the two heating units worked properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I have been coming to this resort for over 10 years, but unfortunately it feels like there is less investment in maintenance and guest support each time.

Room was nice but facilities were a little old it’s time for them to upgrade. Besides that I had fun. The breakfast buffet was good but dinner was alright for the price.

They closed a lot of places due to the snow storm which we found a bit odd since its a hotel They couldnt accommodate their workers & have them stay overnight to open their businesses? We pay money to stay at a nice hotel for the amenties & we didnt get that. .Also we were put in a handicap room not requested by us not sure why. We have stayed in nicer rooms at the mohegan sun. It was an ok of a stay but not one of our best experiences.
