“Hébergement dans cadre magnifique, propre et chaleureux. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol attente d'1h le jour de l'arrivée pour récupérer les clés mais sinon nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet endroit”

“Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel”

“A lovely apartment, well equipped and it seemed recently renovated.Perfect for visiting the hospital and the mountains.”

“Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the "right" hotel, they couldn't find our booking - absolute shambles. We were "lucky" we didn't have young children in tow. Also the……

“Vriendelijk contact met de eigenaresse. De locatie is top, perfecte locatie om snel bij de skilift te zijn. Onder het appartement bevindt zich een bakker. Helaas hadden we wel wat geluidsoverlast van het onderliggende cafe. ”
