My experience at the hotel was truly five-star! The hotel is brand new, having opened just a month ago, and is absolutely luxurious. Everything is beautifully designed, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The reception is located on the ninth floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city. A special thank you to the wonderful reception staff, Kashia and Alexey, who were absolutely fantastic.

We had really been pleased at the greeting from the moment we pulled our car up to the hotel. The service was outstanding, the employees pleasant and friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. The only complaint is a comfortable chair in the living room would be good and two hand towels in the bathroom.

Everything was exactly as shown on the website, which I really appreciated. The property met all expectations in terms of comfort and presentation. The staff at the reception were especially wonderful—kind, helpful, informative, and very pleasant throughout my stay. They made the experience even more enjoyable with their professionalism and willingness to assist. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

The Alex Hotel & Spa was booked due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff upon check-in were helpful & friendly and our room was clean and renovated - it was one of our favorite stays in France! Also, the balcony was a plus and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of travel while still enjoying the city.

This is a beautiful, classy hotel in a good location near the old port of Marseille. The hotel can be seen from a great distance, and is quite impressive to approach. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to any need. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and modern. No complaints.

We loved this hotel experience. We rented a car to explore Provence and had no problem driving the 10 - 15 minutes to Aix-en-Provence.
