Everything about this stay was perfect. Staff was very nice. Amenities are great for families or solo travel.

They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!

I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures are deceaving - the hotel is not as updated as it looks in the pictures. When we got there the room smelled like mildew and was very damp feeling. The floor had not been swept (crumbs and trash on the floor) and after pulling back the blankets we discovered hair all in the sheets (body hair) and the comforter had dirty spots all over it - it was very clear the bed was made but the sheets were not changed. I called the front desk to ask for a clean set of sheets. We waited 20 minutes and nothing was brought to us so my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask for them again and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get them. The shower had hair all over the walls and tub. Also, the air condition made a loud rattling noise at night. We had friends staying a floor above us and told us their room was in the same state and that the floor in their room was wet. There was also a can of roach powder sitting out at the coffee station. Never an apology or anything from of the staff, not very friendly and not helpful. Breakfast was basic breakfast bar and did not include many things.
