"The most charming hotel. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Restaurant is also very nice, would love to see a bit more fresh vegetables/greens, but even without it, there were plenty of options. Atmosphere is top, loved also the quietness of the area.

"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back "
"+ The location of the hotel
+ Very friendly staff!
+ Clean rooms, although a little outdated.
+ The food was good but a little too British for us.
- Only early breakfast instead of a lunch box. We left at 4:30 a.m. and weren't hungry yet, but two hours later we were."
"The hallway was nice, the pool was okey but a little bit small for so much people, the rooms were okay. All in all it was good. It wasnt too expensive and for the price very ok"
"While the hotel is adults only the shared pool isn’t, which wasn’t to bad when I went but in high season it might be a problem if you wanted adult only "
"Arrived late but Paco on reception made me feel welcome and made my check in fast and friendly. Hotel is on the beach front and has lots of ships, bars and restaurants all around."

"First and foremost, the staff are what make this property worth the stay. They are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is remote, so for a quiet getaway it is ideal. The views from each restaurant are amazing. The food, while delicious, is a little on the bland side. I suppose I expected Spanish spiciness and instead got German bland. Not bad but not exceptional. That said, it was well prepared, i.e. cooked perfectly just didn’t hit the taste notes I was hoping for. The olives though…damn they are good. Pool decking was suspect and the pool is not heated so definitely a little chilly after the temps dip at night. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The parking is a long walk; in fact you will walk quite a bit which is great for fitness but fair warning if you need assistance (they do have golf carts). Traveling as a single it felt more like a couples/group retreat with little in the way of socialising amongst groups. Bring your friends (and a car) to get the most out of it.
Lastly, I didn’t do the spa because the time allotted for a massage at 45 minutes seemed odd and no options for longer were really available. Dissappointing."
"Our stay at Ferrer concord was exceptional. The location is perfect being on the beach, yet it’s not noisy (other than the wonderful sound of crashing waves). The beach itself is nice, there are sunbeds which must be paid for but it’s easier to just use the free hotel sunbeds and pop to the sea for a swim since it’s so close! Even after the entertaining morning stampede for sun beds, there were some left.
It was clean, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The food was tasty and enough variety even for a picky eater like myself. Lots of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. Food was of good quality. Breakfast and evening meal is at this hotel, lunch is only available in the partner hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem.
We had the gold all inclusive package and there was a good amount of free drinks available including a handful of cocktails - though I must add that all inclusive cocktails were not the same as if you pay for them. But I thought they tasted great so all good.
I think hotel entertainment etc might have been at the partner hotel across the road. Not something which interested us so can’t comment on that. It felt like Janero was the noisier hotel with more children etc, while Concord was the quieter peaceful hotel.
The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. Cleaners keep everything spotless. Kitchen staff serve amazing food. Reception staff friendly and informative. The bar staff work hard so there’s little to no wait for a drink which is great."
"This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort.
Breakfast options are varied and good quality.
The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent."
"I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. One thing to note is that, occasionally, salty water would come through the tap and shower, which was a bit unexpected—but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Everything else was well-maintained and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!
