The hotel was clean, peaceful, and in a great location in terms of getting everywhere we needed to in a relatively short amount of time (we rented a car). The staff is amazing and the views or Morélia are spectacular. I thought it would be annoying to ring the door door at night but the staff opened the gates quickly. They’re very attentive. It was raining one day and the staff came out with umbrellas. Our first day, they brought fruit to our rooms. The valet attendant cleaned our car and saved our parking spot. We would definitely stay there again.
