Clean, comfortable but quite dark bedroom and bathroom, situated on lower ground floor. Some minor maintenance of cupboard doors required. Staff were nice, food was good (dinner), breakfast was okay but not great.

The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

"The hotel and staff were excellent but we had a meal out on the main balcony and the steaks were tough and basically inedible. The wives had the lamb which whilst tasty was very small and none of our meals came with the advertised vegetables. The food was not a good advert for what is an excellent ..."
