“Would not recommend booking here.
Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready.
