"We loved this hotel, the staff were great but could be doing with more of them at times as only one person dealing with both the reception and the bar with a queue at each side, I left after 15 minutes having still not been served. Other than that the place is in a great location, was pretty clean, had a good vibe, good facilities, I'd definitely stay again."

"We loved the central location, very close to the main walking area, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, very quiet, blackout blinds, and great shower with tub. We sleep amazingly! The breakfast is delicious with the widest selection of hot and cold food items we have ever had in Europe! Highly recommend"

"Excellent location, 3min walk from the river with lots of places to eat and drink. The map on here is wrong - it’s only 1.5 blocks from the river. Very clean, nice staff. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was super quiet. We had a castle view with balcony. Couldn’t fault the room at all. Service was good. Breakfast was decent although sometimes the hot food was barely warm. Would happily stay again. Let them organise a transfer to/from the airport (50€) or book a shuttle - absolutely do not get a taxi outside the airport terminal, there is a huge problem with fake taxis in the city. We followed all the advice, took one that was marked from the correct place and which had a meter… and it still cost 72€ as the meter was dodgy and they applied a 12€ “dodanek” extra. Just let the hotel sort out the transfer or pay for one separately, do not get a taxi from the rank "
