Wifi has to much to be desired. Very slow in the rooms. Probably one of the worst I have had this trip. Our room had issues with the drain plug. Also we ran out of soap and was never replenished. Breakfast food was excellent

The hotel is in a wonderful location for walking to the city center along the river and the castle. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I liked the option of a free drink in the lounge if you wished to skip housecleaning for a day. Our room had a lovely balcony. The room itself was large and there was even a pillow "menu" for the type of pillow you prefer. The bathroom was also large, rare in most of the European hotels we've stayed in. There is very limited parking in their underground parking garage that must be reserved in advance. That said, the garage is extremely tight! Driving in Slovenia wasn't difficult, parking in that garage however. . . Overall, a great choice for a stay in Ljubliana.

Beautiful and modern hotel in the city. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train and bus station. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are air conditioned. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast included and if it is warm it is lovely to sit out on the terrace bar. Staff are helpful especially if you want advice on booking trips.

The hotel is very well located and it is just a 9-min walk away from the Castle's funicular entrance and the river front. It is easy to walk around and the breakfast options are incredible! You can also dine on the terrace. They also have a small gym for the clients. The only problem was that the AC was not working in our room - no. 522. We pointed out the issue to the staff and they immediately sent a technician over. They eventually moved us to another room because the AC system in room 522 seems to be broken. We also found female underwear in the second room allocated to us. Again, we mentioned this to the reception people and the cleaner was upstairs within 5 mins to apologise and take the item away.

Upon entering the hotel, the staff member was friendly. The lobby was airy and bright. Although my room was not big, it was comfortable. The bed sheets were of high quality and in almost new condition. I especially liked the pillow cases. The mattress was firm. The shower was good with decent pressure. I was glad that I had an option not to have the bed sheets changed daily in order to save water. Since I am neat, this also allowed me not to have the room cleaned daily. The hallway was quiet during my stay, no noise of any kind from the neighbors and outside, and this has made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast was impressive–very large selection of food with both hot and cold choices, such as eggs, meat, baked beans, orzo (sweetened, not sure why), mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, potato salad, fruits, all kinds of bread and pastries. The carrot-apple juice was tasty. It was impossible to have a bite of everything, as there were so many things to choose from. The location was perfect–right in the heart of the city with Triplebridge and Perseren Square just a few steps from the hotel. The National Gallery was about a 5-minute walk and so was the Tivoli Park. If I wanted to come back, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!
