Breakfast can be inside or out in the square and has all the choices you would need. Concierge for our bags and staff to recommend and book for you. Taxis drop off out front."

"The Grand Hotel des Estrangers is a beautiful hotel perfectly located in the Ortigia section of Syracuse. The building is beautiful and the renovations are very stylish. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar and restaurant are quite nice. The staff is high professional and friendly. We had massages at their Spa which were top notch. The gym is adequate. Good luck if you need to change large euro bills for smaller denominations, we asked once or twice every day and were often unable to get it from the front desk. I know it’s not a bank but it’s a reasonable request. "
