"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. Mateus the property manager was amazing and always ready to help but sadly there were things beyond his control. Graciela the chef made us an amazing breakfast ! The house...
