The location is fantastic and makes this hotel an excellent place to stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Surrounded by beautiful wooded scenery, the setting feels peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel was recently renovated and clean and comfortable and roomy. The fact that it had a full fridge and kitchen was great. I travel with my dog and she eats raw, so having a fridge and sink are key. It was a great location and we could walk everywhere in town. Also, close enough to the highway, but far enough away to not be seedy.

Nice and quiet friendly staff !

A pretty convenient location, close enough to Crater Lake that it wasn't a hassle getting there. The other "campers" were pretty quiet, which we appreciated. The cabin itself was ok, although it could have used a good dusting. It was also pretty warm when we got there... The "Flat Screen" TV was tiny, and basically inoperable without a master's degree in technology. The towels were OLD, scratchy and pretty disappointing (especially after a nice shower). They could really stand to upgrade a lot of the provided amenities, although the beds wee pretty comfortable. All this considered, we made the most of it and enjoyed our stay. We didn't expect 5-star accommodations for the price we paid.
