VillaMelCroatia Welcome to the completely renovated three level luxury Villa in downtown Podgora! This large, four bedroom, five bath home is the first row on the water with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. The first two floors consist of the bedrooms all with King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two 'master' bedrooms in the front of the house with a large balcony with great views; pull-out couch that can sleep 2 additional persons; and a large flat screen television with cable. The third (top) floor consists of a large 'Chefs dream' Kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, a large wine refrigerator, and a large island with barstools. A large sitting area and dining of room to entertain and enjoy while watching the gorgeous views from the front through wall-to-wall windows. Relax and unwind in the top floor Pool! The pool is very small and precarious. It blocks a fantastic view of Podgora, and not suitable for a group of 10\. A better picture should be included to make it clear it's a small plunge pool. The listing gives the impression that it's a sunken pool and much bigger. Accessing the terrace is very unsafe! Want to make you aware that the hand rail on the wooden steps is not very secure. Once up there was only 4 sunbeds available, one of which was broken. This was very confusing due to how many people this Villa was due to sleeo.I would not recommend this property for anyone with children or anyone with mobility issues at all. We had issues with the hot water. There was only enough hot water each evening for 1 person to shower after which we were all subjected to cold showers. The sofa beds are not suitable. They were uncomfortable and woke our guests several times during the night due to them being unstable and thin mattresses. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the kitchen area. The place was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. The bathrooms had lots of space, but again I wouldn't take children due to the amount of stairs and floors are very slippy when wet.
