"Gus and Gert made us feel extremely welcome from the off. The cabin was well-equipped, cosy and set in a quiet, idyllic location. We were in striking distance of Inverness beach, the gypsum mine pool, and Baddeck was only a short drive away for the Bell museum. There is so much to see and do here, but the cabin is such a pull that makes it difficult to need to go anywhere else! We will definitely return here."

"The home was wonderful with fantastic sunset view of Chimney Point and the water. Used the wood fired hot tub under the stars each night. Very relaxing and comfortable spot. Don't forget to book dinner at Woodroad just down the road if you visit over a weekend! Superb experience!"

"We walked in the door and looked around. Literally everything you could ask for was in the cabin. Layout is beautiful, screened in deck is very nice. Temp control is great. There were toys inside for the kids to play with. Just an amazing experience run by great people. Definitely recommend "

These four separate units sit on a cliff overlooking the Gulf of St. Lawrence. There’s a well-designed trail/pea-gravel road down the 135 foot hill to Chimney Corner Beach in Mabou Bay.
