We did not meet the hosts, but they were welcoming and attentive through VRBO messaging. This is a scenic spot and a good home base for visiting the area."

"We stayed for 2 nights. It was a nice quiet place with beautiful views and privacy. It was close to Lunenburg so we visited that twice. There was a nice quiet private beach just footsteps from the cottage. My children enjoyed looked for treasures like shells and sea glass. We saw a few deer walking around. The host was very quick to respond to questions and gave good suggestions about places to see and do :). We enjoyed our stay on Corkums island."

"The only improvement, that could have made Our time better at The Ledge, would have been the weather. Our stay was 4 nights, and we were able to recline on the beach, for 3 hours. When you are on the coast, it can be foggy and damp. That was our weather. The cottage, it self was perfect!"

"The name of this house is perfect. It provided complete serenity for myself, my daughter and my grandson. The surrounding area was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! I cannot think Sandra and Bill enough for all they have done. Sandra even allowed us to go into the garden to pick fresh herbs and vegetables for our salad. "For the most part this is a great property. It was definitely nice to have the hot tub, there was plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. We also chose this property because it had a washing machine. However, it would be good for guests to know that they should bring their own laundry soap. Also, having the wifi password readily available when checking in would save hunting around for it before contacting the host. We would book this property again if staying in the...
