everything about this stay worked out very well. it was in a good location to get to a few different restaurants and it was really close to the train station. the only issue for some could be the bathroom setup. it just doesn't offer much space so that may get inconvenient. otherwise, i look forward to staying there again. the food in the attached irish pub was also good. and i like that they had an umbrella in the room because the weather shifted during my stay and we almost got a rain storm.

Maryland Inn is an absolutely fantastic location, but that’s about the only positive I have for it. There’s quite a stench to the place from the time you walk in the front door. We had room 1301. It looks very nice in pictures, but it has the same odor as in the hallways, and the floor was insane with crazy sink holes. Not good for older people who have to get up for the bathroom during the night. My husband and I both had to find our balance a couple of times. It’s really crazy, and they should be ashamed not to fix the floor.

Overalls good experience. Basic Coffee ☕️ maker would make our stay little more comfortable.

Wonderful experience! The location is perfect for visiting GWU, monuments & museums. Everyone we encounter at the hotel was extremely nice, professional & accommodating. We will definitely be back.
