About this property

Beautiful country views and wildlife. Less than 2 miles from downtown.

  • Gorgeous country views and less than two miles from downtown. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres, with your own private walking trail. Peaceful setting with fruit trees, wild mushrooms and wild blackberries for you to pick while in season. Wake up to deer just outside your door. There is a fire pit and charcoal grill in the back yard.
    Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you'll find multiple shops, restaurants, the Mothman Statue, Tu Endie Wei State Park and the River Walk with hand painted murals on the flood wall.

    The cabin is featured in Sherri Brake's Podcast "Mothman & More" Season 2/Episode 1. Sherri recorded the Podcast while staying at the cabin.

    The cabin is being used as a main filming site for the upcoming movie "The Point Pleasant Tapes."

    The cabin was featured in the TV Series “Murder in the Heartlands” Season 1, Episode 12 (Field of Bad Dreams) and a movie producer stayed at the cabin for peace and quiet while he finished writing a script.
