"The property is huge. Very spacious, four bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Lovely terrace surrounding a great pool. There were loads of things to do - table tennis, pool, air hockey etc to keep the teens happy even in poor weather. The host also makes custom game cabinets so we played a lot of pinball. Lesmont is a lovely little village 30 minutes from Troyes, surrounded by arable farms. There is a well-stocked supermarket 10km away. We had a really nice break and would definitely stay here...

"Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"Ce gîte est dans un petit village d'agriculteurs au coeur de la Champagne Crayeuse. La localisation est parfaite: au milieu de rien, mais proche de Brienne le Château (15 minutes) pour courses/restaurant/Musée Napoléon et à 30 minutes de lieux à visiter comme les lacs d'orient et Nigloland... "The room itself was basic but perfectly adequate for a one night stop, though it would havd been nice to ha e a proper cup rather than paper for hot drinks in the room. We had evening dinner and breakfast, both of which were fine. The main let down was the bathroom- when using the tap in the sink it came off in my hand (you had to be very careful when using it). Bathroom generally very tired looking, just 2 bath towels & no hand towel available"
