Play A Round Group Getaway with Golf Course Views in the Heart of the Hunter Valley

Play A Round is a stylish and spacious holiday home located within the prestigious Vintage Estate in Pokolbin, offering a prime central location close to vineyards, restaurants, concert venues, and some of the Hunter Valley`s most popular attractions.

Designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertaining, this beautifully appointed three-bedroom retreat features a private swimming pool, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a peaceful outlook across the renowned Greg Norman-designed golf course. It`s an ideal choice for families, friends, and groups seeking a memorable Hunter Valley escape.

The spacious master bedroom offers a walk-in robe and modern ensuite, creating a comfortable private retreat. Two additional bedrooms feature versatile king-split beds that can be configured to suit couples or friends travelling together. Upstairs, a separate loft provides an additional relaxation zone with a large lounge and entertainment system, along with an optional sofa bed available for an additional charge.

The home is designed to bring people together while still offering space to unwind, with multiple living areas and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The main living room features a cosy gas indoor fireplace, creating the perfect setting for cooler evenings. Outside there is plenty of lawn space for children to play and room to relax beside the private swimming pool with a glass of Hunter Valley wine.

Comfortably sleeping up to eight adults, Play A Round offers the perfect balance of space, style, and convenience for group getaways, family holidays, golfing weekends, or relaxing escapes in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Amazing Property and Location

Fantastic place to stay in Hunter valley. The location was beautiful and the house was clean, tidy and very presentable. Communication with the Vintage staff was very easy and they accommodated to all our needs. Would definitely visit again :)

Overall great house pool and location. Had everything you need for a getaway Needs to be cleaner

Was a good house with lovely pool and outdoor area. Location is great. Was let down by little things. Wasn't very clean. We found toe nail clippings on the living room rug :( With a good clean and better mattresses would be perfect! Would stay again but would request a more detailed clean before we arrived.

Beautiful little entertainer

The house is gorgeous enough that I want to find the builder and have them build me one. Generally everything inside is premium and it's just a really nice experience. Lots of shared space and an absolutely stunning pool, I definitely want to come back when it's a bit warmer.

We loved the size and layout of the property and the views over the golf course were lovely. The table tennis table in the garage was a fun addition. Bed in master bedroom was really comfy. Unfortunately the place was a bit grubby. The dishwasher doesn't seem to be doing the job. Almost everything needed washing before we could use it. Kitchen surfaces and floors hadn't been adequately cleaned. There was mould around the door to outside in the master bedroom and the carpet is heavily stained. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful property, great location. A perfect Hunter escape

Lovely house to rent for a getaway. Pool and outdoor area are fabulous. Well done. The spaces are well furnished and thought out. I asked if there was a coffee machine to ensure we had the right pods and were told there was no machine. However there was, unfortunately the pods on offer were only a couple of decaf, hot chocolate and chai latte. Not what we need after a atypical Hunter Valley Wine tour 😜. Would like to say thanks for an easy check in process as well. The owners of the property should know that we all loved the home and would be happy to stay there again.
