Finca Puna, Pool, A/C, Wi-Fi <br>This typical Mallorcan country house is located in a quiet area near the popular town of Pollença, in northwestern Mallorca. <br>Stunning views of the beautiful countryside with meadows and fields, as well as the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, add to the peaceful atmosphere.<br><br>The main entrance leads directly from the terrace with a pergola into the living-dining room, which features an open fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player. <br>There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.<br>A stone archway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern amenities: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months.<br><br>The bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a renovated bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower is located outside the house.<br><br>The swimming pool, equipped with a ladder, is surrounded by a well-maintained garden featuring lawns and a variety of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs, and trees.<br>Here, children can play freely, and our guests can relax on the sun loungers.<br>To the side of the house is a brick outdoor grill and a covered terrace with a cozy table and chairs.
