Fully renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with shower) First line with excellent views of the entire bay of Pollensa. Private terrace for sunbathing. Large and bright sitting/dining area with open kitchen overlooking the sea. Easy access area, great for parking. Nice walk to the center of Puerto Pollensa, there are some restaurant very closed. Being located almost in the center of the bay there is always a nice sea breeze that makes the stay in the apartment very pleasant.

My husband and I stayed at this property in May for 12 nights. Communication with Paula before and during our holiday was excellent and we met her at linen changeover and on the morning we left.
The apartment is just as described. Spacious and stylish with a lovely outdoor area and perfectly located with the most gorgeous views. About a 10 minute walk to the start of the beautiful sandy beaches and 30 minutes or so to the port.
The villa had everything we needed and a few essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc., also cool bags and tupperwares which were really handy for picnic lunches.
Lovely, friendly restaurant a couple of minutes walk away C’an Josep but, otherwise, a walk towards the port.
Pollenca town is beautiful and the port is a special place with the mountains in the background.
I would strongly recommend staying at the apartment in Pollenca.

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war top!
Allerdings weist die Immobilie selbst einige Mängel auf:
- Veraltet: an vielen Stellen in der Wohnung sieht man, dass es veraltet ist. Blumenbefestigungen sind von der Wand gerissen, Putz innen blättert ab, Sofa ist unbequem/ durchgesessen, Bett ist ebenfalls sehr durchgelegen. Zudem hatte unser Haus jede Nacht Stromausfall (Nachbarn nicht)
- Isolierung: Durch die sehr schlechte Isolierung ist es in der Wohnung sehr feucht, was auch der Schimmel in fensternähe belegt. Auch unter der Haustüre ist ein großer Schlitz, sodass nicht nur Tiere hineinkrabbeln, es auch reinregnet und zieht. Zudem ist leider im Winter kaum möglich die Wohnung warm zu bekommen. Der kleine Pelletofen reicht leider für die Größe nicht aus.
- Einrichtung: Um die Kälte zu reduzieren und auch die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung zu erhöhen, wäre es schön, wenn Teppiche oder Teppichläufer ausgelegt werden, da der Boden unheimlich kalt ist.
- Garten: der Garten ist ganz schön und auch in erster Linie zum Meer, allerdings ist er dadurch auch maximal von allen Seiten einsehbar. Somit kein privates Fleckchen, um entspannt zu sonnen, sondern eher ein Präsentierteller, da die Hecken nicht hoch sind und auch die Nachbarn den Garten teilen.
Zusammenfassend: Die Wohnung ist nur für den Sommer geeignet, wenn man sich dort nicht viel aufhält & nur draußen ist. Das Internet war sehr stabil, allerdings zum Arbeiten dort nicht angenehm (aufgrund der Möbel, Ausstattung, nur 1 Tisch)
