VP82 Small but nice is this pretty cottage for 2 people, just one km from Pollensa old town. It is idyllically and quietly situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, making it an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the attractive surroundings. A paved path will take you to your vacation home, which is surrounded by a 3,500sqm plot. Directly at the house is a covered, equipped with comfortable seating terrace that invites you to linger. Accompanied by pleasant reading or a glass of wine, you can relax and enjoy the soothing silence all around you. Right next door you will find another terrace area, also furnished, which can be spanned if necessary with shady sun sails. This makes common meals outdoors a real pleasure. Tasty grilled dishes can be prepared on the grill. The ground floor house has a living area of ​​83sqm. So you have a comfortably furnished living and dining area. Entertaining TV nights can be spent on the comfortable sofa and the accompanying armchairs. There is a TV with satellite TV available. For Kurzweil also provide a CD and a DVD player. Herrlich zum Laufen, egal ob nach Vicente, Pollenca oder einfach zum Spazieren gehen. Ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht alleine oder zu zweit! Sehr gut: im neuen Bett schläft man wie ein Baby! Und mit dem Care-Paket (Salz/Pfeffer/ Öl usw.) fühlt man sich gleich willkommen! Herrlich ist die Grillecke- Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück inklusive! Sauberkeit top, ebenso der wöchentliche Handtuchwechsel. Toll, dass man ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit Spülmittel, Schwamm, Salz, Pfeffer, etc. bekommt. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation vorab hat prima geklappt. Eventuell mehr Antimückenspray, Kerzen, Räucherstäbchen etc, zur Verfügung stellen. Das meiste war ausverkauft. Und Hinweis, dass man in alle Schränke und Ecken schauen soll. Es ist eine gemütliche kleine Finca für 2 Personen. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt/kontrolliert. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit vielen Zitronenbäumen, die man auch ernten kann. Der Vorteil dieser Finca ist, dass sie am Stadtrand liegt, jedoch nicht einsehbar ist. Villa was well equipped and in good, clean condition. Appliances were quite new. Peaceful location yet convenient. Outside area lovely and big . Well lit at night. Not overlooked by other propertiesnear neighbours. Liked the extra outside cushions. Garden area in front of the pool quite bare and lacking privacy - needed some flowering shrubs to hide the view of tumbledown building and pile of earth in the right hand corner of the garden while sitting next to the pool. Turning area for the car was very tight.
