It has been made great use of local decor and designs. The cottage style villa which has two floors and beautiful views provides good and comfortable holiday accommodation and is decorated with rustic touch and bright colors. The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge. It has international TV channels and audio speaker for entertaining. From here there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require during your holiday. Villa El Campet enjoys unlimited free WIFI. On the first floor there is a light and airy twin bedroom with excellent views towards the valley - There is also a second bright twin bedroom, both with well fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between these two bedrooms. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. In winter time there is a pellet stove in the lounge. From the lounge, wooden doors open onto the facing front terrace which is covered by a veranda, an outdoor dining space invites you to enjoy the perfect for dining under the open sky. The pool and area with sunbeds is located in front of the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry in this area. From here you enjoy marvelous views towards the mountains, valleys valley and the beautiful nature. Villa El Campet is situated on a plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds fencing around. Villa El Campet is located in a privileged area of Pollensa, just minutes from its picturesque village where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, traditional bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiance. This old town is renowned for its beauty and folklore. Any Sunday, you could visit the weekly market and find fresh farm products. You could also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 15 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or a taking boat tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters. The use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa El Campet! \* \* \* \* \* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation. Wir (Paar) haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt, es gab ein kleines Welcomepaket. Der Vermieter war zweimal da und hat nach den windigen Nächten nach dem Rechten geschaut und etwas aufgeräumt. Zweimal die Woche kommt jmd. zum Pool reinigen, Putzfrauen sind auch sehr nett. Alle haben einen eigenen Schlüssel, also nicht wundern. Der Orangenbaum hat uns jeden Morgen frischen O-Saft beschert, die Nähe zu Pollenca ist gut. Wir haben uns Fahrräder gemietet, in der Beschreibung waren Fahrräder angegeben! Deswegen Abzüge für die Beschreibung der Finca. A fab barbequeing area, especially in the evening with all the candles lit! Great showeroom with toilet near the pool which was so handy. Lovely landscaped garden which is obviously well cared for. A great space for our family. The only thing which would have been an added bonus would be air con downstairs but as it's an old house it did stay fairly cool during the day. A lovely quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and chilling out. We felt nice and safe and secure here. Schöne Finca für vier Personen mit Pool in dem man auch wirklich ein paar Schwimmzüge machen kann und einem kleinen gepflegten Garten in dem sich zu unserer Freude auch Schmetterlinge, Bienen und Vögel wohl fühlen. Rechts neben der Villa El Campet gibt es noch eine Finca, links noch drei. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Fincas nur ein paar Tage belegt und es war relativ ruhig. Sollten jedoch alle belegt sein ist es mit der schönen Ruhe vorbei. Die morgendliche "Orangenernte" gehörte für mich zu den schönsten Momenten des Tages! Am Ende des Urlaubs begann die Orangenblüte, der Duft und die hübschen kleinen weißen Blüten erfreuten Herz, Nase und Augen. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine Zwischenreinigung und es gab neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Assumed it was a rural property but there are neighbours on both sides, and the road that the house backs on to was surprisingly busy. The property has air conditioned bedrooms (essential in high season) and a fan in the kitchen. We BBQ'd here a lot as the BBQ was superb, there's a pizza oven too although we didn't use it. As with most holiday homes a few extra items in the kitchen would be useful (hopefully the list I sent wasn't ignored!) - the property managers are very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Aber auch die großzügige Terrasse inklusive Grill und einem alten Steinofen und mit Wein bewachsener Fassade, verleiht der Finca ihren einzigartigen mediterranen Flair. Auch das 2\. Bad, welches von Außen erreichbar ist, ist optimal, um z.B. nach dem Bad im Pool eine Dusche zu nehmen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich liebevoll um den wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Inneneinteilung ist rustikal und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wobei Achtung! das 2\. Bad im Anbau ist - ideal für das Bad nach dem Pool, als Ausweichmöglichkeit morgens in der Vorsaison Geschmackssache... die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, der "Master bathroom" schön groß und die Einrichtung bissi rustikal aber liebevoll. In der Vorsaison konnten wir den Kaminofen abends gut gebrauchen! Die Informationen waren sehr ausführlich und hilfreich und auf Pep konnte man sich verlassen. Wer Kinder im Teenie-Alter hat: es gibt hier kein öffentliches Netz und das WLAN war nicht das allerstabilste. Eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge und nur wenige Autominuten von der sehr schönen Stadt Pollencia. Auch dort haben wir sehr viele entspannte Stunden erlebt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.
