Finca Gerania is located in a quiet, rural neighborhood near the fine sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa Bay, in the northwest of Mallorca. The house is on one level and furnished and decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style. The whitewashed walls and light tiled floors give it a bright appearance. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, as well as a breakfast bar and breakfast table. The comfortable living/dining area is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and CD player, and has a door leading to the covered terrace. There are three double bedrooms (one of which has a new en-suite shower room). The other two bedrooms share another full indoor bathroom, and there is also an outdoor shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa features timed air conditioning in all units from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Outside, there is a large covered and furnished terrace, and the swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, trees, and shrubs; a very private and lovely garden where you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. For al fresco dining, there is also a built-in barbecue. This is a great place for a family holiday in a quiet location, but not far from restaurants, beaches, and the summer bustle of the nearby resort town of Puerto Pollensa.
