Ponce Inlet Beach Front Condo

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony; perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean. Secure property that is well maintained and decorated. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including a beach chair and umbrella! Convenient parking and a beautiful pool too!

The host is the most accommodating owner we have ever worked with. The unit had everything we needed, as far as starting supplies, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing and we watched the dolphins play every morning.

This is our 2nd visit to this property & it continues to meet all expectations. Everything is very clean, Barry is excellent to work with & promptly responded to any questions we had. The apartment is beautifully decorated and updated, communication with the owner was very good, everything we needed was there. Great view from balcony, building is beach front and access to the water was very easy. We like Southpoint and this is the best unit we’ve stayed at so far. The only downside was the check out was at 9 am. We’ve never had such an early check out from any place before.
