“The restroom was all rusted and the room smelled bad. There were also stains on the sheets. We asked the staff to change our room and we were told that they don't have availability and this is the room we get booking through expedia. After insisting that we would like a different room, we were told that we will need to get another room and pay for it separately. What was advertised through expedia did not match the room that we were given. Based on the reviews and the pictures, it was a bait and……

“Such a lovely experience. We had a lovely, big room that looked out onto the sea. Breakfast was great (they accomdate vegans). Staff were super friendly.”

“Great location for the price, with wonderful full buffet breakfast included in rooftop setting no less. Room very clean and large bathroom and shower was a plus. Only concern would be the railway behind the property that might wake a light sleeper during the night, otherwise I fully recommend this place for a 2 or 3 day stay as part of an extended vacation visiting other great sights in Italy!”

“Unser 9 Tägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel GH Pietra Ligure war ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat das Ganze abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt besonders Abends an der Bar wo wir sehr viel Spaß hatten. Der Privatstrand war sehr sauber und geflegt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.”

“De kamer was heel schoon. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt. We hadden met zijn drieën een kamer voor 4 personen. Je had dan 2 aparte ruimtes met de badkamer in het midden. Dit beviel ons heel goed. Het hotel ligt vlakbij het treinstation dus je kan met de trein heel makkelijk overal heen, bijv naar Genua.”
