Rooms are a little on the small size, but fine. My main criticism is the “all-inclusive” part. This was our first time in Cabo and are first “all-inclusive”. Not everything is included and there is an up-charge, mainly if you want decent quality alcoholic beverages.

I booked this hotel, upon arrival I was told that the room I requested and paid for wasn’t ready due to low staff. I was then given a smokers room that had a real bad smoke smell in it. I checked out immediately and got another hotel.

It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy.
