Good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Less good: The cables in the gym machines broke part way through our stay unfortunately. There was quite a bit of mold in our shower.

Didn't like the language barrier, there is no staff who speaks english making it really difficult to communicate for non portuguese speakers.
