Rare find in the very heart of Pontchâteau, come and discover our studio: "Le Brivet", named after the stream that runs through the town. \-> Entirely on one level \-> Covered terrace by the water with barbecue \-> 300m from Pontchateau train station, 30 minutes from Nantes, 20 minutes from St Nazaire, 35 minutes from Vannes \-> Private parking at the foot of the apartment \-> All shops within a 5-minute walk Outside: Covered wooden terrace overlooking a stream A table and two chairs with an ashtray for smokers. A built-in barbecue, charcoal fire, for those who love grilling! Inside : Fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave oven, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator Everything you need for your breakfast: kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, as well as of course all the necessary utensils and tableware. A comfortable double bed made up for your arrival, on a pocket spring mattress Bathroom with shower, vanity unit with provided towels, soap dispenser. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.An ironing board and iron, towel warmer and hair dryer will be provided. Connectivity and services: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection; access codes will be provided upon arrival. A 40" Smart TV connected to the internet allows you to easily access your favorite apps. \*Netflix included\* We really enjoy meeting travellers, but we also know how to respect your peace and quiet, so for your arrival, it's up to you to choose whether you want to be independent or rather welcomed. We don't live on-site, but if needed, we can be there in 5 minutes. The neighborhood is very lively and well-located; you'll have no trouble finding everything you need nearby, without needing a car. The car is the preferred means of transport naturally in Pontchateau, which is a small town; however, you can bring your bicycle and leave it locked on the covered terrace.
