Deludente. Avevamo prenotato una doppia e ci hanno fatto un "upgrade" gratuito a una tripla. Ma la camera era davvero piccola e mancava di elementi essenziali, come un appendino (in bagno ce ne era solo uno, quindi in tutto tra camera e bagno si poteva appendere 1 asciugamano e basta) o il porta spazzolino da denti. La cosa più brutta è stata la moquette in camera piena di macchie. Il parcheggio è una fregatura perché costa 20 euro a notte ma in strada i parcheggi sono gratuiti, quindi, almeno in bassa stagione, non occorre. Si salva solo la colazione: ottimo poter entrare e uscire dalla sala tutte le volte che si vuole fino alle 13. Lo staff è sempre stato cortese.

The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again.

It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.

Staff excellent, they couldn't be more of a help. Breakfast was ok, a bit limited but the air conditioning was not very good. Woke up several times in the night sweating as the room wouldn't get cool enough. We have a small baby with an additional thermometer in the room, the temperature read 24-26 deg but we were told the system was down at 18 deg. Totally ruined a stunning location.
