“The pictures don't do justice to the complete view of the beach from the many large windows on all sides of the house! Also, I didn't realize that the bottom bunks in the shared bedroom are full-sized. That was an unexpected treat for those using that room! This home is beautifully and comfortably decorated; everyone who visited wants to stay there themselves! ”

“We had an amazing time. It was very nice very clean smell good. The neighbors were very sweet on Fourth of July. We were gonna go to the beach and shoot the fireworks off, but we have been at the beach all day and we came home. We messaged the host the first day because the pool was chilly and they made sure to turn up the heater and the water was perfect the next day! Communication with the host was excellent! Very quick to respond and helpful! Neighborhood seems like it was really nice at one point but definitely has some run down houses now. With that being said we still felt……

“We loved this toes in the sand, beautiful property, fit for a large family! Loved having the beachfront views all with king-sized beds. A great place for the family to gather for meals, rest and relax on the beach. The Hosts were very responsive to make booking and check-in easy. I would definitely book again!”

“The house was immaculately clean and in such a beautiful area. Quiet and peaceful. We hosted our nonprofit board retreat here and it was the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and helpful. The tub was relaxing and bathrooms and closets spacious. Patio out back was awesome. Kitchen and essentials were super accommodating. Plenty of space. Up-to-date appliances and televisions. We couldn't have asked for better. Great wifi! The guys appreciated the game room.”

“2 Sisters and Brother stayed for wedding and found the place to be all that it said and then some. Loved staying here and would suggest to anyone looking for a place in Ponte Vedra beach with pets included this is the place you are looking for.”
