“The home was exceptionally clean and let in a lot of light. There were only two of us, but this home could easily fit 1-2 more people during a stay. My son and I each had our own room and bathroom (and TV). The host was communicative about checking in. It was close to the beach, and also close to the UNF campus, which is where we were visiting. The location had many spots and restaurants within a short drive. We were only there a night, but would stay again if we go to Jacksonville!”

“- check in was difficult since our host failed to include front door code in check-in instructions, we had to contact Brandon for door code- door code did not work upon exiting the property and we had to use Brandon's back up method (actual keys)to secure our property- Brandon said he'd send someone to fix the front door lock, that never happened- no shampoo or soap in the shower- broken ice maker and water dispenser in fridge- window blinds broken and filthy- ottoman ripped up- couch in……

“This was our fifth stay at Merry Mermaid Cottage in six years. The cottage and its location in St. Marys are both fabulous, so much so that we've made it an annual getaway. Barbara (the owner) is exceptional at communication and accommodation. The cottage couldn't be better, just perfect for our needs and accessorized with anything you might need.
