“This place is all we could have wanted and needed for this trip. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. Plenty of space for 4 Amenities were just as described. Location was great. Didnt need to drive anywhere as things to do and eat were within walking distance. Publix (our favorite place to shop ) was in 2 miles away Will definitely be back for another stay!!!!”

“My wife and I walked into a clean room and cold AC was on!! David was very communicative and helpful along the trip! We took the short 4 minute walk to the beach daily where we watched sunrises and surfers! Can’t wait to visit again soon!”

“Great place! Enjoyed the pool! Plenty of space!”

“We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The condo is close to the pool and the beach.”

“My Family and I was able to book quickly,we recieved confirmation instructions all in speedy time. The home was very clean and so convenient to the beach and all the shops attractions and restaurants. I slept so comfortably in the cozy beds. The add on for me thst was amazing is they had a box fan. I love to sleep with a fan so I was so excited to see that. You know, it's the little things that count. The Junias (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was sooo quick to respond and assure me……

“Perfect place for a girlfriend weekend! Host was accommodating, plenty of room for 8 women. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach and The Amp.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. Check-in couldn't have been any easier. The house is in a great location, near everything. Communication was no problem. We were a group of 10 and no one had any issues. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Great stay! Nicely renovated, quiet clean and nicely equipped place. Convenient location, and easy arrival. Only suggestion would be softer sheets and fix the toilet which takes far too long to fill which was fairly annoying. Never knew for sure if it was going to stop running. But eventually would. Fix that a would be perfect. Thank you! ”

“Overall great place for a good price. Excellent communication from the owners, very forthcoming with needed information and very responsive to all correspondence. Would have liked to see a few more bathroom amenities (shampoo and shower soap) and the towels are due to be replaced ( slight sour smell to them). The pool and hot tube were amazing and well maintained and the area is very private and secluded from view. Solid 4 out of 5!”

“Awesome property and host. There’s a dock to enjoy the river and a pool. Property is close to Butler Beach and only a 10-15 minute drive to St Augustine lighthouse, ENJOY!!”
