I enjoyed the hotel. The only drawback is there is no coffee in the lobby. I did try to get coffee at the bar/restaurant one morning and waited about 10 mins and left. There was only one person waiting on tables. My son lives in Jacksonville and I visit often. Please start self serve coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is in a really nice area and the property is nice, however, this hotel has bed bugs. We got bit up by bed bugs the first two nights and had to move rooms. I was on edge the entirety of my stay here because I did not want to take the bed bugs home with me.

Quick check in, pleasant staff. We pre- paid for breakfast and glad we did. Although, not a lot on the menu it was just enough. I had the egg white veggie omelette with English muffin and spouse had regular omelette with bacon and sausage with English muffin both were delicious! Hotel smells amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Really loved the property!!! It was very reserved and next to a beautiful body of water with the cutest turtles. I really loved coming out in the morning to sit by the water with coffee. The rooms were nothing amazing BUT not bad at all!!! It was a cute little room! My favorite part was the shower! The water pressure and temp was soooo good!!! The Staff were really nice and pleasant. Location was AMAZING we were 8-10 minutes from gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers and etc!
