“My extended family and I recently traveled from various parts of the country to FL for my nephew's wedding, and this spacious home was a perfect fit for our needs. The layout afforded each individual group of people their own rooms and bathrooms for privacy and quiet time, with lovely shared space as well. The long weekend was incredibly busy with wedding-related obligations, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home, but it was exactly what we needed for this stay. Comfortable beds, lovely……

“This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were firm but comfortable. The area was a bit questionable but, there were no problems. We did have a couple of big bugs we killed but, we are not Floridians, maybe that is just to be expected from time to time. Loved the porch outside. The extra touch of Christmas decor was really lovely. You can tell the owner has put in a lot of hard work on the home. ”
