Besonders wichtig die Klimaanlage aber auch Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kühlschrank oder Waschmaschine. Besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Zwei Terrassen mit eigenem Grill. Pool, Spieleaktivitäten, Gym. Man ist sehr abgelegen und kann die Ruhe genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Anfahrt ist nicht ganz ohne aber nach dem dritten Tag kein Problem. Dove siamo finiti? Questo è stato il primo pensiero che ho avuto quando ho seguito Fabio dal “centro” di Villa Viani a villa Berio. Stradine strette e strette ci hanno portato a questa residenza, tra gli ulivi. Una volta in cima abbiamo avuto una fantastica vista sul mare. E la pace, quasi impossibile da afferrare se normalmente vivi nel trambusto. Ok, avevamo optato per la pace e di certo non ci siamo lamentati di questo. Seine Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge waren alle gut. Zudem wurden wir zweimal mit frischen Tomaten und Zucchini aus seinem Garten überrascht. Waren wirklich sehr lecker :D Das einzige ist die Zufahrt von Villa Viani zu seinem Haus. Die ist wirklich abenteuerlich. Aber nachdem Fabio uns Nachhilfeunterricht gegeben hatte ging es. Oct 5, 2015 #### Ruhige entspannte Lage bei Fabio Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Fabio. Wir haben den schönen Blick von der großen Terrasse unseres Apartements sehr genossen. Im Apartement war alles, was man so braucht vorhanden. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Fabio ist sehr hilfsbereit und seine Tips sind immer sehr hilfreich und gut. Jun 11, 2015 #### Sensationell Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie (2x 40+, 19, 16 und 9 J.) aus der Schweiz, welche den Urlaub in Villa Viani sehr genossen hat! Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Es ist ruhig und wirklich mitten in den Olivenbäumen. Der Pool bietet eine gute Möglichkeit, sich abzukühlen. Das Meer liegt in etwa 12 km und hat einen Kiesstrand. Sauberes Wasser! Fabio ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich ausgezeichnet um uns gekümmert! Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder! ##### M d. Aug 14, 2014 #### Schöne Anlage Nach abenteuerlicher Fahrt die engen Serpentinen hinauf zu Fabios sonnigem Refugium hoch oben in den Bergen, erwartete uns eine geräumige Unterkunft mit Traumblick und großzügigen Terrassen. Der Pool ist klein, aber sauber und ausreichend für die wenigen Gäste. Fabio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht französisch und englisch und etwas deutsch. Für einen entspannten Aufenthalt fehlt es an nichts, und wenn doch, sorgt Fabio umgehend für Ersatz. Der Weg nach Imperia ist abenteuerlich, aber schnell zurück gelegt. Der Strand kieselig, es gibt auch einen Felsenstrand mit Sprungmöglichkeiten. Unsere Teenager waren begeistert. Und wir auch! ##### monika w.
