"I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging...."

"Fantastic Stay Perfect Location Near the Beach!
I recently stayed at this hotel in Bournemouth, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and the beautiful views.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist named Ajeesh, who was welcoming, polite, and always happy to help. He really made me feel at home.

"The staff were very friendly and overall hotel seemed to be in good condition, however the shower had literally NO pressure.. I'm talking it kinda of dripped a little mist.. that's about it. I couldn't even wash my hair. Also we were only given one towel for a double room and had to ask for more toilet paper as we were only given half a role. For the price I feel we got what we paid for, but now know to spend a bit more in the future"

"Perfect location right near the quay but still quiet at night, even with the pub next door- couldn't hear a thing even though they had live music. Great bathroom lighting for doing your makeup - something many places don't have. (It's often like doing your makeup in a coal mine!) plug sockets at both sides of the bed `(three pin and USB!) Bed very comfortable and a fan for if you're too hot. Decent sized mini fridge as well. Host Jenny was very helpful, and there is a dossier in the room with dozens of places to eat and visit. Highly recommend!"

"The property was perfect for my visit to Poole for my Mum's funeral. My sister lives 10 minutes from the location and the little apartment was exactly what I needed to spend time with her but also have a place to retreat to by myself.
