"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

The property is stylish and relatively well positioned within the resort with stairs down to the village centre close by and easy access to slopes. However, this is not necessarily ideal for young children as it could be cumbersome to carry them and the ski gear up to the building… The children corner is a nice concept but the toys were mainly for toddlers and had missing parts. The pencils were not sharpened… we only went once because...

You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."
