“Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value.”

“Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch. After several days of hiking, it was the……

“So complicated to get into the apartment no lift, room on 4th floor hard to take stuff that height totally uncomfortable bed,I can’t sleep whole night it’s treble stay wait of money ”

“Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !”

“In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property.”
