  • This residence is located in the district of Mali Maj, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and its facilities make it an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several parking spaces for common use.
    The studio flat for 2 people is located on the first floor and has a living area of 30 m2. It consists of a double bed, dining area, small kitchen and exit to the balcony with garden furniture, bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.
