On the 4000 m2 partially fenced plot, guests have access to a 44 m2 communal pool, parking for several vehicles, a children's swing and an oak wood for playing. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is also available to guests. The landlord lives on the upper floor of the house. The courtyard is located on a busy road. This holiday flat with a living space of 30 m2 is located on the ground floor of the detached house and is equipped for 2 persons. It consists of a living room with a small kitchen and dining table for two people, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV and a bathroom with shower/WC.
