For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing, sandbox), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 4.2 km, railway station 34 km, rocky beach 5 km. Marina 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
