House Rules
-PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE SWITCHES LABELED `LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE POSITION`. Those are for the storm shutters and can be heavily damaged if you don`t know how to work them.
-No Parties or Events – Only registered guests unless approved.
- No Smoking – Smoking inside is prohibited; outside only with proper disposal.
- No Pets – Unless prior approval is given.
- Do not touch the switches that have the label `leave in the middle`. Those operate the hurricane shutters and can be damaged if the switches move.
- Quiet Hours – 11 PM – 8 AM.
- Parking – Park in designated areas only.
- Beach Etiquette – Rinse off sand before entering; follow local beach rules.
- Trash – Bag and place in outdoor bins by driveway.
- Respect the Property – No moving furniture or removing items; report damages promptly.
- Late Check-out Fees – Unauthorized late departures may incur a fee.
- Local Laws – Follow all beach safety and community regulations.
