The place was filthy, floor mightve been swept but never mopped as my feet turned black within an hour of being there. The outside chairs were so dirty my arms turned blacker than when i touch a car tire. There were cob webs all over and inside the pool bathroom so clearly never cleaned. The tub had to be scrubbed because the moment we started it the water changed to yellow. The water in the shower, sinks, and tub all were extremely hot even when on cold some of the faucets would still shoot out next to boiling hot water. The pool was filthy there isnt even a skimmer to clean it out or anything to help with that. We were not even provided with new paper towels, sponges, tissues, toilet paper, or anything like that half of the stuff that was there was already used literally one paper towel left on a roll in the kitchen.... It was clearly not cleaned trash just all over the place with these scented things that are clearly expired and just left out for eternity. It was just so rough that the first day we wasted entirely and every day after there was at least something we spent an hour or more cleaning and it was to the point that when we finally felt like we had done it all and made it better for ourselves it was already time to check out so we booked a late check out just to make some of the trip worth it. First time renting a house and second time with Vacasa booking and I can easily say this will be my last time. Vacasa does not verify these cleaners and properties and there wasnt even a "Vacasa starter package" or whatever its callled. Just rough overall and was definitely not the place to stay for our five year anniversary bummer that it was our splurge trip and it felt more like we paid to be housekeepers.
