However, our unit was old and badly in need of renovation. The inside had a pervasive smell; my wife thought is was cat's urine but I think it was probably it was from dampness. The facilities (which looked like they were from the 1970s) were old and in bad need of replacement: the washing machine would not complete the drain cycle, the door handle on the main bedroom kept jamming so we had to keep it open with a shoe, the hob heat could not be controlled.
