“I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. “We had a great stay at this hotel near Elgin Beach, close to Tobermory. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the instructions were very clear. Even though there was no front desk staff on site, we had no trouble checking in.

“This is an older property with a Lot of potential. The rooms were clean, my bed was comfy and because it was not a hot night the rooms were cool because it has no air conditioning. But my room was only $125.00 a night so a good deal if just passing through. However, you do not get the shampoos etc that you find in higher end hotels either. Not a problem. But can I get a drinking glass of any type in my room? Hydration and oral hygiene is not negotiable!
