“I had a bath on the first day but could not empty it, I told the receptionist and the cleaner emptied it the next day and left the plug on the side, next night had a bath and once again could not take out the plug to empty the water, the plug should have been fixed after the first time, also the overflow plug was filthy, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time!
